1. General Information

1.1 Authorship

Authors listed must fulfil all of the following four conditions:

·        Substantial contributions to the conception/design of the research; or acquisition, analysis, or interpretation of data;

·        Drafting or critically revising the manuscript for important intellectual content;

·        Final approval of the version to be submitted and published;

·        Accountability for the integrity and accuracy of all parts of the work.

1.2 Copyright License

All papers accepted for ICAC2025 proceedings will be published under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY-4.0) license, enabling free distribution with proper citation.

1.3 Copyright Permission

It is the author’s responsibility to obtain written permission for any figures, tables, or content reused from previously published work.

1.4 Figures

·        Ensure all figures are clear, technically correct, and high-resolution (minimum 300 ppi).

·        Figures must include numbered captions (e.g., Figure 1) with brief, descriptive titles.

·        Use consistent font style (Times New Roman, 12pt) in all legends.

·        Parts of figures should be labeled as (a), (b), etc. (e.g., Figure 1(a)).

·        Accepted formats: JPEG, TIFF, EPS, PDF, and original source files (editable).

1.5 Tables

·        Number tables consecutively (e.g., Table 1) and cite them in the text.

·        Each table must include a clear and concise title.

·        Use footnotes (a, b, c, …) for additional details and cite sources, if applicable.

2. Manuscript Submission

Papers must be submitted via the ELS Publishing Conference System or through the ICAC2025 Conference Secretariat. Authors must ensure submissions are original and not published elsewhere.

3. Manuscript Writing

3.1. Manuscript Templates

Use the provided Word templates to format your manuscript. Templates are available on the ICAC2025 website or via Download menu.

3.2. Reference Citations

·        Use square brackets for references, e.g., [1], [2–4].

·        List references in numerical order based on first appearance.

·        Do not combine multiple citations under a single reference number (e.g., [1] a), b) is not allowed).

·        Citation tools such as EndNote, Zotero, or Mendeley are recommended.

3.3. Manuscript Structure

A standard ICAC2025 research paper should follow this structure:

·        Title

·        Authors and Affiliations

·        Abstract and Keywords

·        Introduction

·        Methodology

·        Results and Discussion

·        Conclusion

·        Acknowledgments (if any)

·        References

3.4. Reference Preparation

·        All citations must appear in the reference list and vice versa.

·        Direct quotes must be cited using footnotes if necessary.

·        Manuscripts citing unpublished work (submitted, in prep, or accepted) must clearly indicate status.
