The submitted papers must conform to the topics and scope of the call for papers. The submitted papers must be innovative and present novel research perspectives, methods, or technologies. We encourage authors to explore cutting-edge issues on the frontiers of electronic, electrical and information engineering and propose solutions that are of significant importance. We expect to receive well-designed and well-executed research papers. Before submission, please review and validate your research thoroughly to ensure accuracy, reliability, reproducibility, and compliance with academic standards.
The papers should be presented in a concise and logical manner. Data and charts are important supporting and demonstrating materials in the article and must be accurate. Please ensure the reliability of the data source and pay attention to the correctness of the data analysis method. Please pay attention to the clarity of language and the accuracy of expression to ensure that the papers can be widely understood and accepted. And the papers must be expressed in fluent and accurate English without grammar errors, spelling mistakes, etc. For non-native English-speaking authors, please ensure that the article has been professionally edited and proofread by an English editor.
 
Additionally, we also pay attention to whether the paper introduces new problems for discussion, stimulates important debates, proves the relevance of the research task, presents a clear methodology, references earlier studies, describes experiments convincingly, provides clear conclusions derived from the content, avoids statements not supported by the paper, presents results clearly, maintains logical consistency throughout the text, and ensures that conclusions are logically explained.
References should be as broad as possible and avoid focusing on any specific country or region, with at least 8 references cited. All cited references should be listed in the reference list and conform to the standard.
The length of the article should be appropriate, not less than 5 pages (including charts, references, etc.). Please pay attention to the layout format and font specifications.
 
Paper Formatting

Papers should be prepared using the conference’s provided template, which includes guidelines for font size, margins, spacing, and formatting style.
The paper should include a title, abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, and references section.
The length of the paper and the maximum number of pages allowed will be mentioned in the conference’s call for papers or guidelines.
 
Author Information

Authors are required to provide accurate and complete information during the submission process.
This includes the full names, affiliations, and contact details (email address, phone number) of all authors.
Additionally, the corresponding author should be clearly identified.
 
Peer Review Process & Acceptance Notification

Once a paper is submitted, it undergoes a rigorous peer review process where experts in the field evaluate the quality, relevance, and originality of the work.
Reviewers provide feedback and suggestions for improving the paper.
The review process is blind, meaning the identities of the authors are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa.
After the review process, authors will be notified about the acceptance status of their papers.
If a paper is accepted, authors may be requested to make revisions based on the reviewer’s comments and submit the final version.
The notification will contain instructions regarding the registration and presentation requirements for the conference.

Authors should ensure that the submitted work is original and has not been published or presented elsewhere.
By submitting a paper, authors grant the conference organizers the right to publish and distribute their work in various formats (e.g., conference proceedings, digital libraries).
If the paper contains any copyrighted material, the authors should obtain the necessary permissions and provide proper acknowledgments.
If you don’t appear at the conference, your paper may be excluded from ICFEEIE2025.
Registration
Registration and Presentation

At least one author of an accepted paper must register for the conference and present the work during the designated session.
The registration process will require authors to provide additional information and pay the registration fee as prescribed by the conference.
Details about the presentation format (oral/poster) and guidelines will be communicated to the authors prior to the conference.
